FTImage Report Assistant Browser Extension

This Privacy Policy explains how the FTImage Report Assistant extension (hereinafter referred to as "the Extension") handles your data. The Extension is developed and operated by Rich Healthcare Group (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our").

1. Data Collection and Use

1.1 Report Content Processing

When you are writing a report on the FTImage system (https://app.ftimage.cn), the Extension reads the report content you enter (examination description and conclusion) and sends this data to our backend servers to provide the following services:

• Historical Examination Reference: Retrieve and display historical examination data from your institution
• Typo Detection: Detect typos and text errors in reports
• Report Consistency Validation: Check consistency between examination description and conclusion
• Historical Comparison: Compare the current report with historical reports

1.2 Patient Information Processing

To provide historical reference and validation features, the Extension processes the following patient-related information:

• Examination identifiers (StudyID/ClinicID)
• Patient name, gender, age
• Examination type, examination date, department information
• Examination modality (Ultrasound, CT, MR, etc.)

Important Notice: The Extension does not actively collect, store, or transmit personally identifiable information such as patient names, ID card numbers, or contact information. All patient information is only used temporarily during your current browsing session to complete the validation request and is not retained thereafter.

1.3 Data Storage

The Extension does not store the following data on your local device or any server:

• Patient personal information
• Report content (description, conclusion)
• Historical examination data

Any extension settings (if applicable) are stored locally in your browser and are not synchronized to other devices.

2. Data Sharing

2.1 Backend API Services

To provide you with the features described above, your report content and necessary examination information are sent to the following backend servers:

• report-ai.richtj.com (Report validation and historical data service)

These servers are operated by us and are used to process your requests and return validation results and historical reference data.

2.2 Third-Party Services

The Extension does not use any third-party analytics services, advertising services, or tracking services. We do not share any of your data with any third-party advertisers, data brokers, or other unrelated service providers.

3. Data Security

We employ appropriate technical measures to protect your data:

• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• Backend servers are hosted in professional cloud service environments
• Only necessary business data is processed; no additional data collection occurs

Under applicable laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
